A Personal Process

Searching for a new home is not only an intensely personal experience, it’s a constantly evolving one, and a good buyer’s agent is much more than just the person who finds Boston properties in your price range. With every home you see, every listing you read, and every person you talk to, you refine your understanding of the home you’re seeking. Since 2004, covering hundreds of purchases, I have been honing not just my skills and knowledge as a Boston real estate agent, but my grasp of the subtleties of putting the right people in the right homes. My process begins with knowing and understanding my clients.

Identifying the right home is only the first step, of course. I also have abundant experience navigating the intricacies of home-buying. Like any large-scale transaction, the concrete details of home purchases can be complex, and experience is the only effective tool in dealing with the inevitable delays, wrinkles and complications. My experience has allowed me to build a network of trusted lone officers, attorneys, home inspectors and more, each closely familiar with me, my working style, and most importantly the needs and expectations of my clients.
